About the role

As a Technical Project Manager at Nextwave, you will translate business goals into clear digital roadmaps, processes and measurable outcomes. You will work with product, engineering, marketing, sales and client-facing teams as needed, translating requirements into organized deliverables and maintaining a high standard of quality, ownership and communication.

Key responsibilities

Own assigned projects and tasks from discovery and planning through execution, review and handover.
Apply strong working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Roadmaps, Stakeholders, Risk Management to deliver solutions that are maintainable, measurable and aligned with business requirements.
Gather and clarify requirements, identify dependencies and risks, and propose practical implementation options.
Coordinate with internal teams and clients, provide progress updates, document decisions and keep work visible.
Test and review outputs before release, resolve issues quickly, and continuously improve processes, templates and standards.
Track relevant performance indicators and use data, feedback and lessons learned to improve future delivery.
Protect client information, follow security and quality practices, and respect agreed scope, timelines and priorities.

Required qualifications

Demonstrated hands-on experience in Project Management or a closely related area, supported by relevant projects or outcomes.
Strong communication, problem-solving, organization and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
Comfortable learning new tools, documenting work and adapting to changing project needs.
Good command of professional English; Arabic communication is a strong advantage.

Preferred

Experience in a digital solutions, software, agency, SaaS or technology-services environment; relevant certifications; and a portfolio, case studies or measurable examples of previous work where applicable.
